3. No Professional Advice
The Service is provided for entertainment and general-purpose decision support. It is not professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make, including outcomes from using the Service.
4. Accounts, Local Storage, and Data
Some features may store data locally in your browser (for example, using local storage or indexed databases). You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. We are not responsible for loss of data due to browser deletion, device failure, user error, or other causes.
5. Exports, Imports, and Access Codes
If the Service allows exporting wheels and importing them using an access code, you are responsible for keeping that code private. Anyone with the code may be able to access the exported wheel data. Do not share access codes for private wheels. We may limit the number or size of exports/imports to maintain performance, safety, and reliability.
6. Shareable Wheel Links
If you create a shareable wheel link, you understand that people with the link may be able to view and use the shared wheel. Do not include sensitive personal information in wheel options (for example, phone numbers, addresses, passwords, or private identifiers). We may disable or remove shared content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. AI Features
The Service may include AI features (such as generating wheel ideas or color themes). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before using or sharing it. Do not rely on AI features for decisions that could cause harm or for high-stakes situations.
8. User Content and Responsibility
“User Content” includes wheel names, options, text, images you upload, prompts, and any content you create or share through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service (including exports, imports, and shared links).
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate privacy or publicity rights.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or abusive purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY APP CATALOG LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where My App Catalog LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
